Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or damaged products unless they arrived defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
